Sim racing PC

I am going to build a sim racing pc after cyber Monday. I need advice on cpu and gpu. I wanted to stay under a grand for every thing. Is a i3-6100 matched with a 1060 6gb good for 1080 ultra settings with 60fps or should I go for more powerful cpu or gpu?

Hi, i'm also going to buy another CPU. I already have a R9 380 4gb, with 8 gb of ram.
My motherboard is a MSI Z170 A PRO (Socket 1151 Skylake).
What cpu should i buy? Thanks in advance

Ok, is the difference noticeable to invest in a 6600k? or ?
What performance can i hope with this rig? (high setting? how many fps?)
