lots of praise once again for the developers for this Awesome Track. This is for me the best version of all racing games. Thank You ISI
Being of a spiteful and nasty nature, I have naturally just run a race at Silverstone against 22 AI cars in Assetto Corsa, just to be able to jeer at rFactor 2, which I am hereby doing. AC is far superior here, both in terms of the looks and performance. Goodbye, rFactor2, and good riddance
Yer won't be too 'arrised if the admin also adopt a spiteful and nasty nature and ban you and delete your account then.
Well I didn't play with railcar models since the age of 12. I'm now 47. I believe I can wait another 2 or 3 months for the multiplayer...
With the Twitter feed suggesting performance gains through the optimisation of 'Shadows and Reflections', I'm curious as to where these changes were made for others to use when building their tracks. ie Buildings, walls, trees, objects close or further away objects etc. Any help to assist others in optimising their tracks according to Silverstone. I'm currectly using Silverstone as a guide for the tracks I am building at present, so if different shaders, shadows / groups or reflections are being used then this info will help greatly.
I'll try to find some time to write a short guide in the coming weeks. Hectic schedule ... I'll already say it's nothing major, but it does require a bit of time to do properly.
I find. the track is a bit of very smooth. would it be possible to change something? The road surface of Tommy78 Hockenheim, I wish for. Feels very much alive. Short little bumps and waves. I ride the real cockpit plugin, and turned off the artificial head wobbling Thank you
On a side note - this is why I always preferred investing time in tools and then saving it during content creation
Thanks for that. I don't mind adding extra time into the tracks, I would prefer to spend the extra time to get the quality everyone can enjoy.
Was it reported, I wonder? If you place an "issue report" in the middle of a post, in the middle of a discussion, outside of issue reporting area of forum, then how did that improve the chances of getting it fixed? A rethorical question
Sounds interesting. I'm not one to care about scanned tracks, but I'm mostly curious as to how the track and bumps will feel in-sim.
