No, I don't think the profile does that. You have to use the software rotation feature. I spelled it out here:

Use this https://simracingworld.info/2018/12/16/rf2-osw-profile-file/. Then change the “Steering Resistance Saturation” to 0.5 in the ‘controller.json’ file and increase the “Steering Resistance Coefficient” to 0.3 with this combination seems to behave a bit like “Gyro” in AC.
