Hi everyone, I like driving Indycar, USF2000 etc on street circuits. Both the charm and challenge of these circuits are the bumps. Do you guys (and perhaps girls) have any tips/advice on how to setup the cars to make them more driveable and drive more smoothly over those bumps? Sometimes the fun of racing is ruined by the bumps. I don't know much about setups, so any (noob) advice is very welcome! THanks a lot!
For bumpy track, soften suspension and make the car very reactive (caster settings for example) so the car instantly goes where you point your wheel to
Remember that open wheeler cars are very sensitive to setup changes , often one click or two here and there are enough to improve... or to ruin a setup.
