[Setup] Independent brake cooling settings

    I would like to suggest to implement independent brake cooling setting in setup.
    I would like to adjust brake cooling for each brake (or at least front/rear). For now we just have one setting for all brakes.

    Maybe not independent for each one, but for front and rear would be good.

    Yep I agree, would be a great addition.

    Although I think it can be done now through upgrades but that is just a pain in the arse. Having a garage setting would be far better.

    Right now (in both rF 1 and rF 2) I set cooling ducts for rear brakes via Upgrades and in the garage I set only front cooling in my GT cars... yes, it works but having both options available in the garage would be better.
