Servers not showing on rF2 web server sites

We've currently got 4 servers running (all were reset last Friday) and all were showing on the proracing and world-rFactor.net sites, so today I was having a squiz and noticed that none were showing on both these web sites. Is there something I can do to have these showing or is this a site matter?


Servers showing in game browser;

Games showing in the Steam Server list;

None showing in the proracing site, which I believe uses the non steam interface

None showing here either and I believe that this uses the steam interface

I am not sure if it is related but we have been experiencing problems of server appearing and disappearing in the matchmaker.

After a fair bit of testing, we reckon we've discovered the cause of the "no show" servers. For us if we shut down a server and the executable does not close ie it shows under processes as still running, then the server does not show on those web sites and also does not show in non steam game browsers. We've amended our process for shutting down of servers to include a check of processes.

I had the same problem,some servers remained active even closing them.

This can happen too if you open two servers with the same ports. Sometimes, when you close one of them, the process remains open. And when you open the server again, it doesn't appear in the matchmaker.
