Server setup help

I have a VPS that I have been hosting all my rFactor 1 servers on, but for the life of me, can't find the dedicated server launcher. I am also curious if I can just install the game on my VPS and have it be fully functional, or am I going to get red flagged for installing twice on the same account? Sorry if I sound like a complete noob, but I have only had this for a few days now, and it's way different then how rF1 worked.

The dedicated server exe is within the game-portal.
So open up the Launch rFactor.exe (rf2 root) and click 'host'. That is the dedicated server.

Yes, you can safely install rf2 on the server and have it launch dedi-only without having to use your login details.
Take note: updating rf2's builds on the server is not recommended since build90, now it asks for login detials. You can fix this by simply installing the FULL build instead of updating on previous builds.

Installing mods/tracks/whatever works the same as your own game.
