In future releases can rF2 folders be set out like rF 1 was without all the .MAS files. Currently when you setup a server or new mods it requires all the files but in rF1 you didn't have to include the skins etc which was a huge chunk of the mod making upload times much quicker. Before in rF1 you could upload a mod minus the skins and it be say 70mb, with the skins it could of been 400mb. Now in rF2 we are forced to upload the skins which the servers don't even use. This file system you use now is a backwards step because it has brought other errors to the game such as not being able to use custom skins properly, not being able to customize track textures etc for personal use, UI and HUDS not being properly customizable.
I believe ISI allready stated (or contemplated) that files such as skins and sounds and other non-essentials will be outside of the vmods in the future. Lets hope they will indeed make it so.
