Server and multiplayer.json setting

Has for some time that we accuse problems with our server, lag and connection lost. Recently we switched to a more capable server, Intel Core I7-4770 3.40GHZ, 16GB RAM, 1TB HD, 1Gbit/s, Windows server 2008. We are using F12012 ISI and Flat6 mod.

There are settings that maybe we ignore and that would solve the problem?
