SOLVED separating mirrors Cart Factor help

    Can anyone let me know if i can do this just within Simed?
    And any tips to get started?

    Mirrors need to be separated into right and left gmts

    I don't think you can detach faces, so you could clone the mirror, re-name it, then delete the faces of the mirror you don't need. Mirrors need to be named LMirror, CMirror, and RMirror.

    thanks so much, i will look into this tonight and see if i can sort it. I made separate gmts before but named them wrong.

    Yup Awesome. another fix on the old Cart Factor.

    Thanks so much, so discouraging sometimes yet so thrilling when you make a break through with RF2 :)

    Just as an addition.
    If it still don't works, rename the meshes to [whatever]_Lmirror_in and so on.
    And the material name has to be mirror exactly.

    indeed, it worked and now the side mirrors can be adjusted independent and proper.
