Perhaps the best solution is to rename rFactor2 UserData folder to UserData_Backup, reinstall DirectX and Runtimes from rFactor2 root folder and try to start rFctor2 as it is and see if game works with default settings?
Thanks a lot to all of you guys for helping me. I was updating my Windows to 8.1 and from then on the freezes occured in significantly higher intervalls. It's not perfect, but playable.
Hi. I had the same problem with a GTX 1070. It was too much overclock, the problem. Was not noticible on other aplications but was here. Do that, stock GPU or turn down OC. Seeya!
