Due to the Update of the S397 Track to Version 2.42/2.43, i also updated my Modification with the new 2.43 Files. All Layouts have the instant Timing and also DRS deactivated. On "24H Timing P+Q" the Timer isn´t resetting on Start/Finish. Other Versions and Layouts are working ok.
Problem found. I did add the Xsector2time Object to the XpitIn Instance. That can not work. The fixed Update will follow soon.
The fixed Update is ready for download. I recommend: - delete the Folder ..\rFactor 2\Installed\Locations\Nurburgring_2018\2.43time by Hand - download the fixed rfcmp and overwrite the old one with it (they have the same File Name) - install, enjoy And if other Problems appear, please post here. Does anybody of you get Cut Warnings, when he uses my instant Timing Mod, after the Switch from Build 1131 to Build 1132? That also includes the Participation in the S397 Nordschleife Hotlap Competition, that currently uses it.
Thank you for reporting. The Cut Warning appears when you drive to the Shortcut back to the Start/Finish Line? And does it happen always or irregularly? And which Setting do you use for the Track Limits Rules, None, Relaxed, Default or Strict?
It happened when I drove in the shortcut. Strangely, after 2 laps on GP circuit I didn't get notified. SInce then, I used "NLS" version and didn't have ant problem. As for track limit rules, I use default
OK. Just to be sure: it only happens on the 24H P+Q. All other Layouts, also the 24H P work properly for you? And that you don't get notified when you do 2 GP Laps, is caused by the Fact that there is no Cheat Protection, that detects a much too short driven Distance. EDIT I forgot to ask : what is the "NLS" Version?
Ah ok, thank you. Indeed, with 2" / lap, I bit the Nordschleife record by far I didn't test the 24H P layout . And yes, all other laytouts work well for me. "NLS version": sorry for the wrong wording. I meant NLS layout, the one used in NLS series (ex VLN) = short GP layout+Nordschleife.
A 2... would be a great Time for the 24H Layout. I just uploaded a modified Update for the 24H P and the 24H P+Q Layouts. It seems to work better now, please try it out and report if it's OK or not. The new Version is 2.43Atime
Just as an Information. I had to update the Mod again, because i got a Report, that some Cars get Damage, when you drive through the Shortcut. I could reproduce the Problem, but i could only "solve" it, by removing all Cones from the Shortcut. It probably has to do with the VisGroups, that i did use to render the Cones in specified Sessions only. So, there are no Cones in the Shortcut anymore And i also tried to improve the Cut Detection in the Shortcut, for the Combined and Endurance Layouts, like i did it for the 24h Layout before already. As usual, if Problems appear, please post here. The new Version is 2.43Btime
