As the title says. Start a race at Sebring Johnson Club with "Race start type" set to any rolling start type (for example "Fast rolling") and when race is starting, the rolling start never disengages for the true start and the race never starts. If "Race start type" is set to "Track", it does not work either as this track defaults to a rolling start mode. The only way to make this track usable it to force "Race start type" to "Standing".
hm, tried it just now (in devmode with the Skippy) but rolling start and fast rolling start work for me. Edit: you are right. Rolling start for this layout does not work in-game
Got the same issue on Nurburging GP Layout If "Rolling Start" is selected, the formation lap is seems to be pretty normal, but as soon as Pace Car is leaving the track the leaders will increase speed an cars from behind cannot follow. Thus the grid does not get sorted and race will not start. The second lap than is also a Formation lap but AI drivers seems to go this lap with nearly full pace. I could drive these formation laps forever, the race will not start at all. On "Rolling Start Fast" the grid seems to be fine, but there are also no green flags at all.
Also at the Nordschleife, in multiplayer, "fast formation lap" is currently not working properly, so for instance in LFM races, there is no alternative but to do a full formation lap, which takes 15 minutes! This is for a multiclass race, so a standing start would be not feasible / safe. The solution they proposed in the CEO post is viable, look for Bathurst ACC conversion, it´s present there.
