Rfactor2wec publishes Spa on Steam

    This person (Rfactor2wec) has posted a private conversion of RaceRfactor (which was posted without permission) on Steam. It is a private conversion and also comes from Codemasters, it is totally illegal to publish that circuit on Steam.

    Obviously it has already been reported in steam and I encourage more users to do the same.

    Future publications could be canceled if this circuit is not removed from Steam.
