rFactor2 not saving HOT LAPS or replays, hangs on exit

The game is saving fewer and fewer of my HOT LAPS and now is saving none at all. I don't know if it's affecting offline driving because I'm only driving online at the moment. I can do an F12 screen cap but I don't see a hot lap. All I see the session and when I try to go back in, it asks me to resume.

When I exit the game to Steam, rFactor doesn't shut down. When I try to shut it down manually, it tells me any unsaved data will be lost.
