[REL] rFactor2 Log Analyzer ver. 2. With offline and league Championship Manager

I think important thing to understand at the start is that r2la does not interfere with your rF2 in any way. It just reads log files of completed sessions. You decide yourself what race results you will be importing into your r2la championship. Create a championship in r2la (set championship rules as you need them), add some races to your championship, then try to assign some of your race results to that races.
Ask more questions if you need help.
 
Thanks for this tool, it's very nice and useful.

Do tyre wear figures include heat degradation effects? Is there a way to know how much wear is caused only by abrasion, and how much only by heat? or, in other words, how far we are into 'DegradationPerWearFraction' and 'DegradationPerUnitHistory' curves?
 
No, there is just one percentage value per tire. I think its the same value that is represented by that green-yellow-red squares in LCD in right bottom corner when driving.
 
Hi Nibo,

some suggestions for the Race History tab:
Columns for position, distance from leader, from car in front and car behind. Those could be hidden to customize the table. (if it is too much work to get column customization working, then maybe a new tab?)
- color position green when position is gained, red when lost
- distances colored green when less than previous, unless there was a change in position

I've got an issue with this programm: I just made a 20 min race with f3 cars, and when I tried to load the results in the championship manager, simply it never existed!!!
I let it end and came to the box but...the programm doesn't detect it!
The last race recorded was a 2 day old race!
Can you help me please?
 
Did you press "Refresh" button on Results Viewer page or "Check for new logs" button on your championship page? (Its the same action accessible from several pages) You have to do this every time you have new logs for r2la to pick them up.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong (followed the "How to update" instructions correctly), but I see this error when hitting Sync with server on the Hotlaps page:

Strange... I need you to press "Sync with server" button today one (or several) more times. Because I`m looking at server log file and it only logs requests for last day or so. And there are no calls from you to this function on 02/Aug/2016.

Right now I can only say that for some reason hotlaps server returns error or empty response to you. Do you have your Hotlaps as usual, with all cars list on the left and track records on the right? Can you select some car, then some track and receive track records table for it?
 
Strange indeed, because it's working perfectly today.:confused:

I did change a couple of things I was doing yesterday:
1. I was using a different name/nickname when I installed r2la
2. I still had v2.042 installed

Edited my rfactor.name file and reinstalled r2la, then moved v2.042 to a TEMP folder. Problem solved, my bad and I'm sorry to have bothered you!:o
 
Just a note: your Indycar v165 lap records will not be sent to Hotlaps because I didn`t notice CarType string change. So ignore this for now, I`ll fix it for next r2la update.

Hi Nibo, i have same problem a few months ago. I use log analyzer 2.041 version and I can't export the old championships, file created is empty
