Will the new version stop the problem error I get (at random) where it appears to be looking for .Net (possibly 3.5 version) ?

I get a random error that when surfing the net is a common .Net error, you click ignore error and the program continues to work without issues, until the next error pops up..

Yes, for sure.. even we face the problem. The new version will definitely come with a fix for it..
 
LCCMarc, u got PM. Currently the system already has what you are requesting, but with the new version, i will make sure that its easily implemented.

Sorry to be a pain but after a few days reading this thread top to bottom I’m still having issues :(

Like another user reported the error I have received after many attempts and changes is:

Access denied for user ‘blablabla’@’12.345.67.89’ (using password: YES)

To get this error however I needed to add either my domain name or domain IP address, other than that if I use localhost it just errors advising it can’t connect to the data base.

Any ideas?
 
There may be problems under Windows 8.1?

My hoster is no-ip.org, but I get only the message “Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL host“
