Update April 7th BIG ONE
- New cars: 370z, GT86. Both have multiple engines and steering lock configurations.
- All the cars are updated, with proper names of engines and steering lock. They are made like this: XXXnm/XXXhp/XX.
So all the upgrades are named like that, Torque/Horse Power/Steering lock.
- All the cars have default setups that just work, pretty basic, but you can just click START and drift, locked diffs, max steereing lock possible for that specific version
- All cars have only normal tires to drift with, no more slicks for racing.
- 240sx has more colors now thanks to Cryms, and LS V8 sounds for the LS9 engine.
- E30 was completely updated with new suspension, and more engines.
- The 370Z is pretty crazy for now, it doesnt have any low powered engines yet. but i will make more.
- For the moment i dont have any other tires, but i need much grippy-er tires for those powerfull engines. Im looking for those from this moment. Next update will be about tires for shure.
- The E34 M5 is unchanged, i wanna keep it like that, hehe, thanks Dylbie

 

Noobie question, how do I update? Do I re download the cars?

 

Yeah, the easiest way, i know there are lots of updates lately, until i figure all things out, but after that, just the new cars will have to be downloaded,as soon as i find a perfect "template" for all the cars.

* You can call this Drifting Pro 1.0 if you wish, and will stop making almost daily updates from now, because i reached at the point where everything works as a "template" now, so Drifting Pro 1.1 will have more cars, and maybe more updates (hopefully some sounds also), but it will take some time. (coming m5 f10, isf, ae86, maybe an e36 for the next update). That being said:
- Links have changed a bit, on the top of this post are the new links, i recommend bookmarking them, if you are not part of any of the 2 groups. I recommend keeping this link at hand http://steamcommunity.com/groups/driftingprorf2 to see any updates easier.
- new car: Ford Mustang Shelby GT500
- new suspension for the E30
- added more engines for all the cars, cant even remember wich ones and what engines, but there is a good selection
- new set of tires: streets, sports and semis, goodyear, continental, michelin, all kinds for all kinds of power
- all cars have the new set of tires
- all cars have adjustable radiators in the garage
- all cars have new rolling and skid sounds
- all cars had a technical revision, track widths, wheelbase lenghts,ride heights, tire sizes, inertia values and others
- all cars have the same pitstop menu, front tires, rear tires, radiator, tire preassures, damage.
- started adding some different sounds for different engines, but its not my thing
- LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN PUT SOME SOUNDS IN THE CARS, MAKE THE NECESARRY SFX LINES AT LEAST.

Another small update, also updated the main post with all the new info.

Made a steam workshop collection for the cars, this way you can subscribe to all the cars at once or just some cars, and each time i update a car, only that car will be downloaded not the whole pack
