It's +/- fix in build 906. If someone leaves the server. Some (not everybody) saw them leaving in a endless loop. With big lag issues. Like in your video. This loop is gone. But some experience a lag moment (only once) when somebody leaves the server. In build 880 we resolved this issue by setting the dedicated.exe to 1 CPU core in windows task manager. In build 906 we tried 1 race without changing that. And we saw the leader of the race lag for a brief moment when someone left the server. The leader disappeared for a very brief moment and appeared on top of the number 2 driver. With a big crash and 2 unhappy drivers. Both drivers had a good ping 30-40ms So i set the dedictated.exe back to 1 CPU core. And i've not seen it no more!
