Like somebody somewhere in these 280 posts already said, paraphrasing... Holy Crap! Lime Rock brings my single 560ti to it's knees! With 20 AI my fps hoovers in the 30s and never hits 40. (3 monitors) Unbelievable that it is a bigger load than even Spa. Looks nice though! Come on SLi improvements!
YES ITS ABOUT TIME Now, hopefully we can have this (Post #6, the last 2 paragraphs after "P.S.") http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/8622-Replay
I do not know if it was already reported, but I do not work the anti aliaising ... Any choice face, 1, 2 or 3, I find him always on anyone.
I think that the T3-60 is way too small for such a large engine so I wouldn´t wonder if weird stuff happens, it just can't flow as much as the engine needs. The rpm drop/fast spool after dumping clutch could well be because of high exhaust temps/pressures that choke the turbo and you surge it momentarily back to life by requesting more from the engine -> moving more air through it. if the turbo is implemented as I hope it has, the turbo calculation should be relatively easy as you just need to calculate/measure the engines power output without charging air, which is possible. But it still means that you'll have to check exact torque/power values while driving? Engine tool would be nice for that, and correct numbers after boost would mean that your own model should be close enough. edit: very rough calculation would estimate that a 4.6l V6 could flow somewhere around ~30lb/min @5krpm without any boost, which is the very maximum T3-60 can produce anyways?
Got problems in the UI -- when the dialogue box comes up to save profile for new controller assignments -- it never seems to accept the entry and it then stays stuck on the screen.

On my system at least LRP uses more vram than any other track I've tried, more than Brianza and Monaco both of which use more than Spa, need to turn setting(s) down that save vram. Also if you're running Win7 with Aero enabled you could try turning it off when you run rF2 as it will free up vram, 100MB or more depending on your settings. Probably not that much of a big deal for those with the latest 2GB+ cards but could be very handy for those with 1GB or less cards Just right click on the rFactor2.exe in the 'Core' folder, click on 'Properties' then click on the 'Compatibility' tab. Tick the 'Disable Visual Themes' and 'Disable Desktop Composition' then click 'OK'. What this basically does is turn off Aero when you launch rF2 and turns it back on again when you close rF2.
The guys normally start with an existing mod as a base for the file structure. With the Skippy they started with the 2012 spec FISI. Just a mistake.
That's the dramatic clear and realistic clear HDR profiles. And again solved for now by selecting none profile.
The Skip Barber series' I think they 'rent' the cars, they don't own them. So I don't think they're even allowed to do that. Won't be the last time we do the name thing though.
I have a 5870. There are some issues which mean Joe is going to have to make engine workarounds for this age of card, but he knows of them.
