You seem to be misplacing the first part of my reply, the bit where I set the context for the bit you're responding to. He is saying punctures are the most important thing in all of racing. Basically, he's asking for punctures to be #1 in the list, and he's not going to get it. We'll be trying to prioritize things that happen all the time first.I have not also seen cars to give unlimited laps without they puncture the wheels in real racing.![]()
I do both with every update, and I have NEVER experienced a different between a fresh install and an updated one...as always its best to do a fresh install rather than an update, sure updating helps track updating bugs but once done then uninstall/delete everything then install 101 from scratch.
Be interesting to know whether the FPS Loss is from updating or fresh 101?
Neither of which were as advanced, and modelled many of the things which may be affecting your driving in rFactor2. We're comparing to the real cars, rather than older software.based on comparison with GPL and HSO F5000 mod in rF1
? As the thread says, only an update has been released.Tim, can you mark the latest update(s) in RED on the download thread to make it obvious what needs to be downloaded? I'm too lazy to want to check whether the versions of cars and tracks are different to what I have already.
There are others from 1966 I have licensed, I also have offers for more, but I'm not sure if they're going to bring in sales to pay their licenses. At the moment I'm debating with myself whether to take the risk on many cars.Tim,thanks very much to you and your team for version 101,great stuff, keep up the good work mate.
Tell me,I love your new Brabham BT20,the quality of the build is superb,is this going to be a one off,or can we expect more 60's F1 cars to appear?,I would love to see a BRM P83 or P115,or maybe a Lotus 49,a Cooper T81 or T86 or a Ferrari 312,but please give us another beauty.
If you have that issue, you might want to rebuild by uninstalling and reinstalling the historic mod. Let me know if that works, please.Yeah......I was at Monaco online this morning and the whole area just seemed to be flickering like never before.
? There's nothing stopping you from setting wet weather...Why no update in the rain? It is boring only drive in dry conditions,
You only have the Clio pace car because you have no content installed. The rfmod files need to be installed by being put in the packages folder, and installed via mod manager/series option in-sim.Ummm.... Sorry if this is dumb question and I am going to keep reading thread (on page 3 now...) but I installed and have only clio_PC and no tracks. I used full installer from drivingitalia's mirror after uninstalling rfactor and deleting both program and data folders. I am going to keep troubleshooting but if any ideas many thanks in advance...
If you delete the rfmods and the installed data folders, you don't have the rfmods and the installed data folders. If you hadn't have deleted them, they wouldn't be deleted. Will do. Is this by design / expected? Thanks.
Any chance you can try disabling things one by one (turning on the previous one again before turning off the next) so it can be seen which gfx option affects you most?Bloody hell Mills runs like ****e now, stutters, fps all over the shop. Gutted.

As an alternative to licensing would you do clones with alias names ala GPL and the Murasama? It would be nice to get the full set of cars?

So are you saying it's better with HDR on, if that stuttering comes when you turn it off?I turned hdr off just now joined a sever in practice session mills day time and stuttering and fps where back too pre 101, but when race started it was night time and it was horrible down as low as 15fps no higher than 40 with stutters. In build 90 I could hit nearly 100fps in day time conditions and no lower than 50 fps before with hdr on, everything maxed at Mills.
