I can't find the .exe file anywhere. I installed it and have looked for it. I am trying to use it to setup my Logitech Profiler.

Yes,I have looked there also. What would it say? I have a feeling things may have got messed uponthe D/Lof the game as it took about 7-8hrs. toD/L and it may have stopped and then I woke up the computer and continued. Not sure if that would have done it. I did a verification of files already. Just wondering if I have to D/Lthe whole game again from Steam or get the exe file from someone?

Well, it shouldn't matter on steam, you can stop and start whenever you want. \rFactor 2\Bin64\rfactor2.exe is the file.

Ok, then I have no idea how the file wouldn't be in that location. I noticed your title, are you looking for rfactor or rfactor2?

So either one of a couple of things are going on here:

    1) you simply can't see the file
    2) it's in the wrong location

    Do the following.
    -----------------------
Run the application (rFactor2.exe) normally through its shortcut or via steam.
Once it's running bring up task manager (ctrl-alt del), then choose task manager (bottom of the list on windows 10)
From the processes tab, highlight "rfactor 2" (i.e. left click on it to highlight, then right mouse click for the context menu), then choose "goto details" from the context menu, which should take you to the details tab of task manager
From the details tab of task manager right click "rfactor 2.exe", right click and then choose "open file location" which is normally the 6th item from the bottom of that context menu.

That is a simply way of confirming where your executable file is.
Once you've done that, then progress from there, assuming you have further problems.
