looks like the video was taken at different grapic settings !?!?! In some parts ther is an "undercar" shadow,in others there isnt one

From 1:52 -2:00 there is no shadow under the car.
From 4:01 till 4:11 there is on.

doesnt mather, everythink looks great, cant wait anymore

I believe he is currently preparing a loooong list. Anyway, I do not care about it. I realy love the vid. Meanwhile the stuff we see looks "nearly" photorealistic.

 

Will these tire effects have the real feel in the steering too?

Just wow, basically. The thought that we're gonna be able to drive this too (in a few days?) makes me quiver with delight! It's an old beta you say?

Something I read on youtube that I agree with, the head shaking from rF1 needs to go, I can still see it. Everything looks rF2 at the moment, except that damn shaking algorithm lol. Not that it won't be modded in a flash but... it would be nice if it was officially improved. You probably have this on your list already no doubt.

 

Might be my settings, but I only get visible shaking really at Spa, and that's the most bumpy track (and was known to be during the period)... But then I never found it that annoying in rF1, either.

 

The driving experience was the first thing on the list of the dev team, and while that is still being worked on, gfx are catching up too. But what would be the point in making the tire physics visual only? I can't explain the feeling in text, but I hope not to see many disappointed in how rF2 feels to drive.

 

Okay, then I'll do it. Yes, you can feel what is going on. The visual effect of the tires is based on what the physical model is doing--it's not just graphics.

I did not notice any slip angle. Will this incorporated into the physics model? By "slip-angle" I pf course mean tire deformation parallel to the axle.
