    Hi all,
I am a real world racing driver and ex rfactor1 and g27 user.
    I've now moved to rfactor2 and a g29.
I just cannot find a good bunch of realistic settings/configuration for my wheel.
Could somebody please help with this?

I also find that the wheel vibrates a lot when I go over a kerb or I lock up. That makes it very noisy and thus, a problem with the flatmates. Can someone please advise on how to prevent the vibrations?

    Thanks a million!

First advise. Don't run over kerbs and don't flatspot your tires.
Second advise. Increse FFB smoothing in controller settings. That should lower the hard vibration.

Hah, can't do the first two :)
I've increased the FFB smoothing, definitely makes a difference, thanks.

Any more settings for in-game, to give a more realistic feel with the steering?
I fee like my previous G27 was much better than how I currently feel with the G29.
    Thanks!

    Try this :

Go to "...\UserData\Controller\", then edit "Logitech G29 Driving Force Racing Wheel USB.json".
Find this entry in JSON and change values to :
    "Steer Ratio Speed":0,
"Steer Ratio Speed#":"Speed at which low speed steering lock override ends (for pit navigation, units are meters\/sec, 0.0 to disable)",
    "Steering Sensitivity":2,
"Steering Sensitivity#":"0.0=low 1.0=linear 2.0=high. These are applied after other controller effects like deadzones, digital",

In game : smoothing at 7 for me is a good value and the setting little lower in same place "FFB minimum torque" I' think (I'don't remember exactly the name in english, sorry) 16% ;)
