That server is quite loaded at the moment and its in Germany while you are in Canada. Having said that, yes, user can always use the WorkShop Who would not care (or not know!), can download directly from our server so at least one would not be blocked from joining. Apart from that, we will always have the tracks and cars mentioned on our forums so that user can get them beforehand if need be. As for the settings, we will add all the cool settings on the web. We already did for AC and Raceroom and testing them now, rFactor 2 is next The good thing is that all this will be integrated with the League Management System, and user wont need to stay going on the server to start up the dedi. They will just choose the track/s, car/s, time and date and the server will automatically start from the pre-configuration Raceroom server settings: Assetto Corsa server settings: rF2 server settings will be added as we speak: These can be used for 3 reasons: 1. As part of the match maker/booking system, where users can create their own sessions on the fly and others will be able to see it and join them if they wish 2. As part for special or weekly events. Users can create weekly events and others also join if they wish 3. As part for the League Management System which is still under development.
And of course, there will also be results, statistics and telemetry for rFactor 2 like we did for Raceroom and Assetto Corsa
If there are e.g. 5-6 or more tracks in the rotation, the client have to download all tracks & maybe the mod? Depends on how much user are allready connected and how much are trying to connect, could be a reason for join lags etc.?
Ah ok. Though there will never be more than 1 track. We will of course encourage users to subscribe to the components first so that they would already have them. Having said this, we did this mainly for leagues so users will already have what they need.

I think i know where the problem is, each time i try to login the error occurs and after that i receive a new confirmation mail with very strange layout, impossible to know where i have to click for confirmation. The mail comes in code instead of being displayed in ordinary way. My mail box is horde 5.2.6 ..... I attached the mail to this post.

Hi Guys, We have deployed to our LIVE app the latest updates to start supporting rFactor 2 So after you register, you can now create your own server on the fly from our app. Just choose, the session times, date and time, cars and tracks, put a server name if you want, and the server will automatically start and you will see it on the match maker. You can also see what others have created and join them. We are limiting to 2 servers at the time for the time being for testing. Please note that this is all BETA, we will be adding all rF2 Dedi server settings and all the other goodies along the way. We can also add any cars and tracks upon request.
