    And unfortunately we haven't gotten back a shortcut to the proper mod manager in launcher. :/

    Hi,

    The new multi view configuration isn't working quite right for me. The bezel gap settings doesn't appear to be doing anything. I've tried setting it to a wide range of values, including 26cm just to see what would happen but the rendered image was the same. The problem I have is that the part of the image that should be hidden behind my bezels isn't. I'm using 27" 16:9 monitors with the centre screen in front of the outer two so the bezels overlap. These are my settings from the config file, video resolution is set to 5760*1080.

    SubViews=0
    UseSubViewParams=1
    ViewParams=(0.597000, 0.336000, 0.650000, 50.000000, 0.026000) \\ screen width (m), screen height (m), eye distance (m), side angle (deg), bezel gap (m)
    WidescreenUI=1
    WidescreenUIWidth=1920
    WidescreenHUD=1
    CustomVidRes=(0, 0)
    MinimumVidRes=(800, 600)
    MaximumVidRes=(8000, 6000)

    Are you using nVidia surround + bezel correction?

    Try to disable surround and re-create one with no bezel correction.

    Thanks - disabled surround and set it up again, including bezel correction but with video res for rf2 still set to 5750*1080, and it is now working fine. Now I just have to work out why my performance has gone backwards despite another round of optimizations having been made for SLI/Crossfire setups.

    You're not supposed to use NV Surround / AMD Eyefinity if using the new multiview setup options??

    No, just the bezel correcting resolution should not be used.

    Yeah, you do NOT have to use the GPU driver bezel correction with its dedicated resolution. You just need the surround standard resolution and let the ingame bezel correction doing the rest.

    I asked to re-create another surround with no bezel because I see on my side I can't get back the ingame bezel working without creating a surround with NO bezel correction resolutions, does not matter if I'm going to use that one or the standard one, in the resolution list.

    These settings only apply to multiview (SubViews=2) you have SubViews=0 which is triple wide but only one viewport.

    In other sims, when you have the bezels like so, you would need to input a 1/2 value of your bezel width. It could be an issue with the screen width value. .597 is the width of just the visable screen, correct? I believe mine did not match until a gave it the width including bezels.

    It's not that clear on which value should be used devs.

    Curious on how you came up with 26mm for the bezels. I believe we are using the same monitors and I see ~22mm. I went and had a closer look at mine. You measured the bottom bezel(26mm) the sides are not the same size.

    Thanks but it was definitely rendering three separate view points. I think something must have got screwed up when I first put the parameters in as I accidently put in my monitor with and then monitor width without bezels for the height measurement (I'd copied my values over from iracing which does it this way). As I said all good now.

    Quartza, my monitors aren't perfectly aligned - side ones have a little drop on them so where I measured halfway up it's a little wider as you have all of one bezel and a little bit of another. All looks good enough. Actually little difference from before other than now I don't get parts of the UI/HUD cut off, e.g. when bringing up the framerate counter.

    I think it controls how much the ai can spread. Set it to 0 and they can break away and don't tend to clump together

    Thanks, Minibull. That means, the higher the number, the closer they races?
