Where can this build be downloaded? All links found are pointing to 982.

    Thanks.

Use the updater in your rF2 UI. Worked fine for me, no issues.

That updates to 982. We need 946, as requested.

Thank you for your response. However, that only has devnotes if you click on older build's links. No actual download links, except for the latest build.

No problem. At least you tried to help.

In FSR we are using build 946 until this weekend to be safe, I myself haven't updated but I'm trying to help the rest of the team here. Unbelievably, Google has yielded no results.

Any tips on how to prevent "shadow painting". For whatever reason, I have only begun noticing it since Portugal release beginning with guardrail shadows that "follow you" as I can best describe it. If that is not clear I will be happy to post a video.

An interesting twist is that I see terrible shadow painting at AMP too on the grass. Any ideas where to start or what I can try?

One person recommended max shadows but didn't fix it.

I will do more testing and maybe delete cbash etc. and will report back what I find but I hate to have to fiddle with distracting types of graphics like this.

No way to avoid that I'm aware of unless you turn shadows off (yuck!).

Any game engine draws shadows only next to you for performance reasons, some are just better at masking this. Perhaps it's more obvious in rF2 due to DX9 limitations. Can't say I would notice it at AMP, maybe ISI track team can explain why it depends on track.
