Did some benchmarking using recently released demo. Hope it would help to anyone thinking about PC upgrades in regards to Rfactor2.

Bit of a different video, my friend is a youtuber and is looking to start a rfactor 2 league hopefully so has made a video about it, if any of you can help him out let him or me know.

(I know there is a league forum but I thought I'd leave the video here the make a thread there if it happens.)

AW: rfactor 2 beta video's

Qualifying lap at Silverstone with the new FIA Formula 2

some laps with the Skip Barber at Silverstone.. great combo, the Skip is the mod that i prefer, for me is very realistic and funny to drive, even if the ffb of rf2 still doesn't appeal to me:

fISI @ Silverstone has me hooked :D

No finger movement while changing gears!!

Is it due to laziness or no talent? C'mon ISI get a move on!

Instead of trying to implicate the basics they bring in new useless features that nobody uses like water spray.

Seriously why isn't here any servers for this.. the physics feel amazing!

One of my favorite cars. I have hosted this several times. This car is absolutely insane on Lientz.

Are you crazy? What other sim feels better or you just mean the skippy?
I meant the ffb of RF2 in general, give to me the same feeling of the real feel on rfactor.. the steering wheel most of the time gives me the idea of serving only to balance the car, the driving becomes like an exercise of skill in balancing the forces, instead of driving just.. on rfactor i used always the original ffb with no real feel, i edited it and on most of the mod it worked great..
I prefer a ffb that makes me feel the front of the car, while on rf2 i feel more the rear, and there are moments in some corners that i don't understand where i have the wheels and what they are doing..
With the ffb of netkar, ferrari virtual academy and assetto corsa, i feel the steering more natural.. also the ffb on the power & glory for gtr2 i feel better.. but I know that the tire model of rf2 is not finished yet, so maybe that's why..
My opinion, and sorry bad english..

first..i think you should achieve 60 fps in order to judge a ffb effect...in your video i see at least 25 average fps...

then you speak with word of other users i already heard in drivingitalia....the land of anti-isi

..and please! stop comparig an experiment(netkapro) a little experiment(fva)..and an announced arcadesim like ac..

"we are in the land of the hardcore sim....."

I didn't want to reply to messages so childish, i don't like fanboys sorry..
I will only say that i play with 70-80 fps, 100 and more fps online.. but of course when i have to record a video, the fps go down, also because i active the shadows and reflections to make the video at best..
and yes, i'm also on drivingitalia, i use the same nick, and even there i have the same point of view evidently, not for that we must make war, they are only points of view.... so relax ;)

Pas74.. In rF2 the ffb refresh rate is something like 400hz or so, so its not linked tot your fps like in rF1... So thats not a valid statement

Why you think that fps & ffb are not linked?

Hi, mate!

il barone(baronesb) is my friend and I can insure you that he is unbiased person and he isn't like the majority of fanboys, aka AC fanboys of DrivingItalia! il Barone likes a lot rfactor 2, but he wants more improvements on the tires physics and ffb like all us! I don't think that the tires model is complete, it is far from being complete and when the tires model will be improved, also the ffb will be much better!:)
