    Hi,
    I did 2 things today.
Allowed AMD to install their "Catalyst Control centre"
and downloaded the URD T5 demo

Started getting the error message below.
I deleted my account files and validated again.
    I ran a system restore.
    Deleted the URD demo
the "Catalyst Control centre" wasnt there after the restore and I still get this message.
    Thanks if you can help.

    Hello

    You can try this:
    - make a backup of your user file
    - delete the actual
    - start the game, it will create if I am not wrong a new player file.

See if the game starts (then later compare both files, and change what is needed in the new player file).

Try the same with your default controller file in case the corruption is to your controller file (make a new one from standard).

    Hope it helps.

    Good luck.

You were on the right track.
It was the JSON files within the player file (player, multiplayer, controller) had lost their mojo.
I copied across a backup and all is good.
