RF2 will not Start

I have removed and reinstalled the game thru Steam, verified steam, and the game continues to fail to start. My other popular Race Game starts and runs as advertised. I have been unsuccessful in finding anything on this site that will help me resolve this problem. My operating system is Windows 10. Thank you in advance for your assistance...

I was unsuccessful in uploading a popup that is presented when start up fails. This is what it says:

Failed.BMW_M8_GTE_2018 v2.3
Failed/Corvette_C7R_GTE_2017 v2.3

09/11: 10:55 … I still have the above pop-up but for reasons unknown to me the game is now functioning. I would still like to learn what the aforementioned report means, and what I can do to correct the reported fault. Thanks for looking at my problem, ADSTA.

What are the rest of your computer specs.
What actually happens, more details than "game continues to fail to start" are helpful, error messages, what appears on the monitors etc.

I am still having trouble and I think I need to "remove missing mods" Does Steam have a tool that will remove missing mods for rFactor 2?

Just go in to your Steam inventory, unsubscribe all the Endurance pack, launch rF2 and wait until the download finishes, after that everything should be fine.
