Put them in the "plugins" sundirectory of your rfactor2 Core data path

    e.g. mine is "C:\Games\rfactor2 Core\Plugins\"

In the Plugins folder inside wherever you installed the rF2 core files.

    Edit: Too slow!

Do they go in the core folder now instead of just in the plugin folder? I ask because I had the older version working by placing the files in the rfactor2\plugins folder not rfactor2\core\plugins.

EDIT: Just checked, the plugin still works by installing in the normal plugins folder and not the core location.

I finally got this working. All I did was add a plugin for SymProjects' boards.

Something of a request for a future update, but would it be possible to get an output file on the ffb to show average and max for the session? Would make it easier to have a look at a file and see what you couldn't see because you were racing. Just having it in % numbers would be good as the raw numbers probably wouldn't mean a lot to a lot of guys (me :))

Sure, that should be easy enough to add.

Out of interest the forceValue passed into the ForceFeedback API function is already a percentage in the rF2 version of the API, if I remember correctly.

  11. I will add it again with the last build! Very useful! Thanks a lot! ;)

Any chance we will get an option to make it disappear when we don't want to see it? ( Like when making videos or screenshots? )

There is already an option in rF2 for that Steve, by default if you press the G key you will enable or disable plugin's and that is all you need to do.

Are you trying it live or in a replay? If in a replay, then that is a recording and you can't remove it once it is there.

I'm not sure that's true as a replay doesn't record what's on the screen but the vehicle states.

    Earlier in this thread:

I believe this will be why the plugin can't be turned on and off using the G key as it's not a hardware plugin.

This isn't working in the replays for me. It only appears at all in 'quick replay' mode on track. but even then the bars aren't doing anything.

It is not supposed to work in replay. rF2 does not provide such possibility (maybe yet).
