RF2 overwrite wheel settings

Hi,
I set the wheel angle of my Thrustmaster T300 wheel in the Thrustmaster wheel settings to 900 degrees.
When i use ingame a different wheel range, lets say 560 degrees instead of 900 degrees, then the Thrustmaster wheel settings are overwritten later on.
Can i stop this behaviour somewhere? No other racing game that i play from time to time overwrites the settings of the wheel itself.
