You mean that you want to have a driver standing in the showroom right next to the car or sitting in the car? That all requires a change of the mods/cars. So unfortunately that's nothing you can do with just some clicks

In case you have the mod in DevMode, you can modify the spinner.gen of it. Just copy the driver section from the default .gen into the spinner.gen, and don't forget the animation file (.anm). I don't exactly now if that will work right away, but just give it a try In case that works and you want to have that in the normal game too, you have to put the updated spinner gen in a mas file and then create a rfcmp that updates the original mod. You will find tutorials for that in the modding section of the forum (sorry, no links this time)
I do not know how to make for animate, but it can upload for me try remap the texture of the legs. If you have a helmet with good definition, you can include it.
