rF2 crashes during trackload

hallo all!
just purchased rF2 and cant load my game. it crashes during loading tracks.
(before i tested rF2 demo and it worked smooth and with max graphics)
tried also to run as 32bit version. crash.
found in forums that i must try to run DX9 version, and yes - it works, but graphics jumping, and shadows flickering, and i must reduce details to low.... its not what i saw in demo version.

any ideas where to start solving a problem. cos when game jumps out back to client, then there is no error messages or some infoo what i missing, just a button for contact support.
i feel so LOW..

my graphic card
Geeforce GTX 1050Ti
reinstalled everything.
updated graphic card drivers
installed fresh Beta 1108 DX11 - everything is working
removed bin64
so
i unnstalled beta and reinstalled curent version
deleted bin64
rebooted system
CRASH - cant load tracks. with or without shadows. game dont start

tried DXCPL to point dx9 but then loader starts up but game cant be loaded at all...

 

i cant even refund cos steam shows that i played a game for 7hr!!!!!!!!
i downloaded it for 4 times in different versions!!!!!!! and opened one of them to see that beta 1108 works.... 10min gameplay, how can it be 7hr ?

applied for refund. i hope they will understand and i hope to come back some day later

No need to reinstall 4 times in a row or reinstall win--- better install linux ! (joke)
wait .. you installed the current version and deleted bin64 without steam checking file integrity ?

rest of your system ? RAM/CPU ?

 

there are no step by step tutorial how to install rF2 with bugfixes.
i downloading and installing game again since steam refused to refund
maybe someone knows how to run game on dx9 (if that could solve problem)
otherwise wasted 29euros

 

If you don't answer the questions of the people who is trying to help you. it's going to be difficult.
Could you put your whole specs? (hardware and software)
Why are you installing betas, running in 32 bits, deleting bin64...?
At this moment if i were you, i would uninstall rF2 and delete the rF2 folder and would do a fresh install.

i installed betas to see, if earlier versions work. and to see if its directX11 related.
So - yes only working version is 1108DX11
For demo version to get it work i needed download pack with lot of .dll and droped them in game directory.
with full game it dont work. but instead of beta i also dont get any error messages.
For beta i got error.... ..0007b or something.
what folders i must delete beside all rFactor2 folders in steam?
do my windows have more folders somewhere?

There are no more folders by default (c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\)

Your specs are OK.
You should run rF2 with the latest release.

1. Open Steam
2. Opt out of all betas: Steam Library - Right click in rF2 - Properties - Betas - "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs"
3. Close Steam
4. Delete the "c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\" folder
5. Start Steam: The rF2 will be installed normally

And then post your errors (if there are)

update:
clean install 1112. steam veryfied. updated. after install i restarted PC
i set luncher to 32bit
and nothing - tracks wont load. game crashes and jumps to louncher.
i checked out that my PC runs directX12
is there a way how to run game with lower direct X ?
or why beta1108dx11 worked? maybe i need to replace some files or something?

 

Can you upload a trace file here? How to create a trace file
And just to test if it helps, can you manually install the 4 files that you can find in the folder
..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Support\Runtimes
and also directx, that is in the folder
..\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Support\DirectX

there are a plenty of them in those two folders

 

there are only 4 files (vcredist_2012_x64 and *_x86) in support\runtimes and 1 setup file (DXSETUP.exe) in DirectX.

 

no luck. installed one by one ant checked.
installed direct x. restarted. ant the same issue
