Request refund - Failed

I know there are limitations to getting a refund, but I feel that I am within the guidelines and it is telling me that it failed.

I purchased the game a few days ago, so I am not over the two month period. The purchase seems to have gone through since I am able to play the game at the moment.

Is there something special I have to do?

Who should I contact in order to make this work?
