[REQ]Plugin/Script

Did someone write, or is able to, a script which allows you to assign a button on your wheel, to have the headlights flash in a certain pattern?
Would be handy to have just one button for flashing instead of doing that manually

 

Glove pie might be able to do it?

Don't know, but I prefer to keep it in rF2 so you don't need additional software.

 

It might be possible. I'm guessing the headlights aren't considered a driving control, so a plugin should be able to activate it through the plugin interface.

 

Wow, this was in 2016 now we have 2019 and there's still no headlight flash in a racing sim. How it comes? But there is a horn and mp3 player, really?

 

Well since we're here, I'll update and say the horn is considered a driving control, therefore plugins can't control it. I was half done writing a plugin before I realised that.

@Florian Dubiel We get it. One thread was enough. It's part of a list of things we would like to see but aren't in the game, yet. We'll see what the next year brings.
