Nothing to do with tracks, but I believe on default settings the brake is automatically applied until you put the car into gear. Then it's your job to stop it rolling.

Is the start/finish line on an incline? Keep in mind, they have added new options in the RC that control the car at the start. We might need to become familiar with those changes.

yes it's an incline, the nordschleife start, and I didn't remember I've already used the brake before a start, any idea to have auto brake before a start ?

These are new options found in the Release Candidate UI.
Look at the difficulty section from the main menu.(click on the gear icon) Choose difficulty, then ensure that Auto Brake and Auto Clutch are set to ON. (mine were by default) IF that is the function of those options then it should hold your car there until you take action. But I haven't tried or tested it yet to know for sure.

I don't know why it's never been an issue for you before, though obviously most tracks have the starting grid level so it's not usually a factor. As part of an F1 league Suzuka was always a good one for this, and more recently (for me) racing the classic F3s at historic Spa is another one. I'm pretty sure this behaviour stretches right back through rF1.

@davehenrie those options being in the UI is new, but the options themselves are the same as always. Hold Brakes: On is default, and holds the brakes until you change into gear. If you set that false, it will start rolling as soon as you jump in the car (Neutral or not).

@AlexHeuskat I can only agree to what @Lazza has said. As far as i can remember, since i began with rF1 in 2005, i always had to brake at Race Start at the Grid Spot, when it was inclined there.
(I always deactivate all Driving Aids, except of Auto Clutch).
And so it is simulated correctly. ;)

The only time I use Auto Clutch is when I'm driving the semi-automatic Chappel 2F in the 1967 Endurance Mod. How-ever, I cannot for the life of me train my foots to heel toe...blip...oh sure..blip...but heel - toe????

Some Things, like Heel<->Toe are and have ever been, impossible for me.
It simply is caused by my "Rig", that is an Office Desk and an Office Chair with 5 Castors. :D
So i'm happy that i can push the Gas and Brake Pedals.
And when i'm engaged in tough Wheel to Wheel Fights, my Chair moves backwards quickly, so that i need the left Leg to move it forwards again.
So my "Heel <-> Toe" is to move the Chair forwards every few Minutes (and sometimes i also have to move the Steering Wheel into the correct Position too, because it also moves away when i fight too hard). :)

After update tracks and GTE the following problem:
I'm testing Silverstone with the GTE.
    - opponents GTE all
    10 minutes tested everything ok.
Then Portland and Indianapolis, everything OK with GTE.

10 minutes later Silverstone reloaded, with 82-90% error message loading stalls!
Likewise afterwards Indy and Portland with the GTE, the charging process gets stuck!
    Error see picture!
    Ui ... released-candidate ...

Then tested with the GT3 cars, no problem.
    Routes are being loaded.
There must be a problem with the GTE cars!

Could you please look at the Stock Car AI at Indy again? They hit the outside walls on every lap... Not so with Indycars
