New public build = previous RC.... understand?
If you guys ever wonder why the Studio397 guys don't post on here more often it's becoming clearer and clearer to me. The levels of ignorance and misunderstanding are off the scale.
Are you calling ignorants those who understood the article from the beginning?
Reading this part of the release note left me with the same exact doubt.
That "and" leaves some space for doubts, but nothing to worry about IMO.
Yeah, it's pretty clear you haven't either read or comprehended what the article says, hence ignorant, despite taking extra effort in spelling it out as clearly is humanely possible.
I thought it was you that was confused with what was being said so I said it in less words so there was no misunderstanding.
I'm not sure the name calling is really necessary is it?
Lol, I give up, you guys....
Simply put, the new public build is the original Release Candidate, including some additional fixes, that has now been promoted to a public release.
The new RC hasn't been deployed yet (so public and RC are currently one and the same). We will deploy a new RC further down the line.
This process (releasing an RC, having it run and test in the background for a while ahead of promoting it to public) is the same process we've followed in recent months, and seems to be working well.
I'm not opted in to the RC, but for some reason I was just having sever under expsosing issue, as in track extremely dark when sun goes behind clouds. Not sure if it's related but i thought I'd mention it.
I'm going to opt into the RC now anyway and see what it does.
Sorry if this is answered somewhere else... Was something said about custom offline championship directly in-game in the last build updates, roadmaps or another place?
In my opinion everuthing could.be fixed and every sim has little issues in.updates but.please don't ruin.rf2 ffb, this is the best part of the game and last night i lost all my feeling, i spoke today with my team mates and i am not.the only one thrustmaster user having wrong sensations, something is ruined in the new steering lock features and with ffb, please fix that
RC and public are the same builds at the moment mate

Unable to update our dedicated server to 1125. Running the usual update.bat file reports back that the server is up to date, when it is still at 1124????? I also then tried the .bat with the validate option and it came back with this.
I'd be interested to see if other users have the same experience - as far as I know the features you're now seeing in the UI represent the same settings that have been in the files for years (but, thankfully, now visible).
really don't know what to say, only that is not only the steering lock the problem, last night a lot of the previous smoothness and details were lost, adding from months in which all the saved controllers i have were all with messed assigned buttons, after the build 1122 if i remember well,
this has happened to me twice so far.
I hope not that this will happen a third time!
i forgot another issue last time i wrote, is impossible to save an exaggerate yaw different from -80% which is annoying and an absurd value
i save a controller with a different value and then when i come back again on that controller is again on -80%
guys this is impossible
