in steam if you have automatic updates enabled
I do have automatic updates enabled however but I don't think I received the one for this pack. How can I tell?
Take fvee for a ride. You got the update if you can see front suspension.
Open the rF2 launcher and click on Content. Check to see if the circuits Guapore, Ibarra, Imola18, Imola72 or Virginia18_2018 have version 1.03. That's the latest.
Thanks for the reply
No I don't have suspension in the Formula v and my track report 1.00 and 1.01
Clearly I don't have the update.
So How do I get it?
Thanks in advance if you can help
PS I think I will try uninstalling but then How do I reinstall?
Hi also none of these appear to be in my rfactor 2 workshop yet I have bought them.
Am I doing something wrong and what might it be?
I think the GT3 Challenger pack etc. update as they now report 1.39?
However all the stuff associated with the "Reiza Pack" seams to be stuck on V 1.00 /1.01 for them all
Sorry but I don't understand this and I have no idea what to do now .
Again thanks in advance if you can help.
@ DrivingFast Thanks for the info. That worked and I "Think" all my products are now up to date. I am extremely thankful for your advice.
This issue I now is: That I only "Think".
I expected that by having selected "Always keep this game up to date" under options, on steam, should have ensured that this game and any official bought (through steam) add-ons would be automatically supported and updated?
Should/do I need to do this for all my add-ons that I have subscribed to or bought?
Again thanks to DrivingFast and others for there help.
Addons update automatically when people update their mods. Not to worry.
it happens to me like this, it is updated when restarting rfactor and steam, I have never had to unsubscribe, although other people have had to do it
I have a very (for me) important wish: please let me decide, wich car or/and track will be installed within my rFactor2 installation and wich not, especially i`m talking about the Reiza DLC. I know, there is a possibillity to switch off all updates for subscriptions, but i want to keep my other sub`s (S397) up to date. Many thanks in advance!
If in Tuning I create a livery with button Create and the Reload the livery goes all White, the Gmotor2 exe gives me an error and rF2 stuck in Tuning with the "zzz" mouse icon freezed.
I can't create drivers for an offline championship, in that boring way that S397 seems to not update.
Is there a good soul in S397 that can help those who buy official content and have no time to waste behind these things, please?
I had the same issue when creating a virtual driver for the Metalmoros….white car and gmotor2 error. Don't know what that is related to but once you close the error dialog box you should be able to enter the data (team, driver name, etc...) and create the virtual driver as usual.
The folder with the skin and the rcd will be in the Settings folder as usual. It worked for me.
f that look at this!
Looks great, but that's actually to be expected with that engine. Now come the questions about the stuff that is actually alot more interesting besides gfx related points and pretty much everything else besides the good visuals and effects that we all know from PC and PC2 since years. AI, dynamic tracks, modding support, sound, grid limits and wich physics engine they are going to use ... that list is pretty much endless. Let's see
I wish they don't use project cars arcade physic
So they are making use of the "Monte Carlo" track, then. Interestingly, this announcement now marks the third studio to come from modding that settles on a product that will not foster modding.
