    Hi.

I purchased rFactor2 on 16.06.2012, but then I requested refund on 15.08.2012(I have both emails :) ), but I never got my money back or license deactivated. Even now I have license activated. What is the case? I requested refund before two months period, so what Was the problem?

    Cheers.

Actually that's not quite how it went.

    You purchased on 1/11.
You requested a refund on 1/11.
You then activated after requesting refund on 1/11. Which means you are using the product (and cancelled that refund).
You then requested a refund two months later on 3/26 (within the window we were still accepting 2+ month).
    You were refunded on 3/27.
    You repurchased on 6/16.
    You activated on 6/16.
    You activated again on 7/3.
    You activated again on 8/2.

There has been no requested refund put through the system since 6/16, and you have not been eligible for a refund. Funny yes, refund, no. You are outside the eligibility window.

I'll ask, but I'm not sure surfing the refund window is really very sporting. ;)

I'm still amazed that anyone would request a refund.

My question is will he stay away, or will he buy back in again to see how long till the end of beta?

After more than 4 months of using the product he would like a refund...wow really...some people are really without shame. I doubt any company would give him his money back so I would consider him lucky if he gets refunded. And hopefully he gets a warning that this is his last refund (if he gets it at all).

Coming here to complain in public about how and when you get your refund - when the fact is you are surfing the refund window, actively using the game after asking for a refund and in fact on multiple refunds - is downright misleading, if not plain scummy. It is people like you that make me pity companies like ISI, and people like you that make the rules harder and stricter than need be on the rest of us - not to mention you just make us look bad.

Nice dirty laundry. Smells badly. Sorry it just sort of...fell out there.

Considering its beta since nearly 11 months its normal that people are trying to `abuse`... Full money but only a partial game delivered after all this time leaves a bitter taste... Fortunately we get well informed on the plans and dev status. Otherwise i could understand people asking for refund. (btw is it really or refund or a possibilty to withdraw from a contract that somebody did not fullfill...in that case the 2 months period do not even seem to be legally founded)

What are you talking about? I think everyone that already purchased rF2 knows that it is BETA. For full money you WILL get FULL game it is just not there yet. So I don't know whats the problem with already purchasing - you get to play beta version many months in advance and you get full game when it is ready. So it is already a win win situation and I doubt you will get any better deal if you wait for gold.
All that said I agree this does not interest all people and some might want to wait for release but that still doesn't justify to buy-try-refund-buy-try-refund-till-infinity. Imagine someone trying some build of the game and doesn't like it, asks and gets refund, then some time later new build is released and again this person buys it, again refund...for every build that gets released.
I'm not sure how the wording is about refunds but ISI might consider adding that you can only request one refund (any additional refund will be considered individually but they are NOT bound to give you your money back).
