AFAIK, this is a known problem (getting reflections on dry conditions at various points in the circuit) at Indy oval course. I can confirm this is still happening with 767, both while in cockpit view and replay. When I look at the replay, if I go forward in slow motion, I can see the reflections. If I go backwards in time, the reflections either disappear (and just the reflections) or they freeze, while the cars are still moving backwards.
