Hi there. I am using the lastest Win 10 Build with a 3770k and Nvidia 1070GTX with the latest driver and i have to weird problems. The first one is that i can´t adjust the realroad anymore like you can see here. There are no arrows to adjust. https://www.dropbox.com/s/7aya8s8v88rgz6o/GRAB_024.JPG?dl=0 The second problem is, that somehow some rfactor2 progresses are running even after closing the game. You can notice it, looking to Fanaleds. https://www.dropbox.com/s/hlrdujnd3eqm570/ABC.JPG?dl=0 You can see on the screenshot, that the rFactor2 is still running because the profile is fixed and could not be stopped so that Fanaleds doesn´t work with other titles after closing rFactor2. The second problem with that issue is, that i can´t you the Simracingsystem because all rFactor2 progesses have to be stopped to get it work. What can i do?
I've check this with my systeem: After closing rF2. I've this: View attachment 20717 For the Real Road: As AceLain said. Weather at scripted.
The issue with the Fanaleds is really weird. After rebooting my PC everything is fine, after starting rFactor2 and closing it, everything is fine, after joining a track before closing rFactor2, i got the trouble and its only after driving rFactor2, not after using Raceroom, Automobilista, Assetto Corsa or Project Cars, only after driving rFactor2. I even can´t delete the rFactor2.exe because Windows tells me than, that its still running, but the rFactor2.exe isn´t findable in the taskmanager. Crazy.
rFactor 2 is still running when you check in task manager? The screen-shots above only show Fanaleds.
No. There is no rFactor2 process in the taskmanager. But somehow its still running because Windows dosn´t allow to delete the rFactor2.exe with the message that its still running till i reboot my PC and thats the reason that FAnaleds and Simracingsystem do not work. Simracingsystem needs a completely closed rfactor 2 session to join their multiplayer server and thats not possible after driving rFactor2 one time. Thanks you for all your effort.
Ok thanks for the additional info. When this happens again, can you please look in your Steam library list, and check if rFactor 2 shows as "Running"?
I found something new. rFactor2 isn´t findable in the progress screen of the task manager but under the recource screen or what its called in english its there as a stopped but not closed process. https://www.dropbox.com/s/89c2bar9r4qvb9x/rFActor2.JPG?dl=0
I noticed something new. Using a second installation like steamlibrary/steamapps/common/rFactor2BBB and starting the launcher directly from Launcher/launch rFactor2.exe there is no problem.
