SOLVED Real Road Rain Reflect of track sobject problem

    It looks a car problem rather than a track problem

    Was the wet percentage = 1.00 (100%) in all scenes? Track is looking very nice BTW

    I think same here, need to have Reflect=True in the .gen GMT lines of the car to get reflection on wet track.

    the problem is not the reflect of the car , its the reflect of the object on the track who changed if you take one car or another ..

    the "skip barber" and the "ferrari" for example does problem with the track's object reflect , the other car no (Clio , Mini).. sorry for my bad english

    look at the reflect of the cone just behind the car :confused:

    So , i finally found the problem , who's in the GEN file of the Car , at the begin some car have this line
    and some other don't .. so the reflect of the track's object when its rainning is not at the same level , depending of the car we take ..

    must be the same for all RF2 car to have a good rain reflect of object on all track , and all the ISI's car have not the same , exemple: Clio or Dallara have this line and the Skipbarber don't ..

    You mean the GEN file or the HDV? I think there is no SCN file for cars...

    yes , with the line in the Gen file , the reflect are at the right place


    FR (sinon , les reflet des object du circuit sont decaler d'un metre vers le haut quand il pleut sur les pistes en realroad shaders comme sur les screens plus haut)

    So we have to add this to the mods we are working on ... (because not present in our .gen files)

    The track have reflect plane defined?
    Test the track on viewer and check if all objects show on road .
    What gen file you check? The spinner is for tuning (showroom)
