I believe there is unlimited turbo boost allowed, however the catch is that there is a severe restriction on fuel flow that's why even with unlimited turbo boost you won't see very high power, the 15,000 rpm limit doesn't help either.

FIA is a joke, but at least engines are FINALLY open to compete against one another instead of the "spec, almost equal" engines all the teams had from 2007 to end of 2013. That was truly distgusting. An engine freeze and not only a freeze but also during the "freeze" period allowing special permissions for certain teams to to update/modify/improve their engines because they weren't as good as some other engines. WHAT A JOKE.

The 2007-2013 engine "freeze" was one of the most pathetic, distgusting and disgraceful regulations EVER to be put forth in Formula 1.

Imagine a "spec" body/aero freeze where everyone was limited to almost the exact same amount of downforce, and they were only allowed to develop the car through chassis/suspension and engine. Or, imagine a chassis/suspension/inner mechanics "freeze" where every car had the same chassis, suspension, transmission, etc. parts and layout, and they were only allowed to develop the engine itself and the aero aspect of the body....

That redBull is one of the best looking noses, maybe even a winner so far, Mercedes looks same as Fiat?

Marussia havent yet arrived to Jerez (thats where the first run is taking place right now) because they had some issues, but they say they are on their way as they solved it

 

Yea zz.. I agree - only positive thing for me is the humour around it, as they look so ridiculous that it's funny ..they should rename it this year: Formula Penii

Lewis badly crashed, he is fine, but the car is gone, its confirmed that it was Cars failure, it seems that the front wing fell off and Lewis couldnt do anything

 

Torro Rosso and Force India has the most ugliest fronts atm imo. Mercedes is the best looking car so far. Red Bull is quite dull (as is Vettel )
