Reactivate account problem

    hi, I overdid the account reactivations limit, I contact renewals@rfactor.com but don´t asnwer me.

    help me please.

    I'd need your RF order number to help, as I cannot find a purchase using the email you used to register on the forum.

    renewals will respond though...

    (the correct mail address is without spaces between the @)

    Hello,
    I am having trouble doing a re-install.
    Says maximum number of reactivation exceeded.
    I tried to email renewals@rFactor.net but the address was not recognized.

    Also, I keep getting the UIV 1.0 error. I was trying to install build 198. Build 146 was fine. Please help. What should I do?

    You're good to go with renewals.

    With the UI error, uninstall, make sure everything is actually done (delete the rF2 folder in program files, and in documents - saving the rfmod and rfcmp files before you do so). Then reinstall.

    Five. If you are formatting, simply save the .rFactor folder from appdata/roaming, then replace it after your format. You then will not use an activation.
