built new pc. Go on to download and install the build 342 and open the rf2 menu..... Everything in rf2 menu is "greyed out" and i'm getting: couchebase connection error. Failed to Fetch server version. Connection failure. What does this mean? I did a search on this Forum, but the question wasnt answered for this problem. Cant reactivate or even login until this issue is gone.
I don't think its on your end, it seems to happen to most people atm. just checked, same for me but new build was running smooth for 2 days. I reckon its on ISI's end and they are fixing it.
The connection error was our problem and was fixed a bit after you probably tried. Being all greyed out means you need to go to purchase tab, login, reactivate.
