That has occurred from time to time, I think there is a bubble they are supposed to define roughly the space inside the cockpit that should prevent that. Definitely a car builder issue, not a user caused fail. We also see it when cars cross over into tall grassy areas and the grass either sticks up through various bodyparts or can be seen zooming through the floor of your car as you traverse over the tall grass.
