    Hello

I have 3DSimed, i'm ready with car textures with shaders, the rain shows on the body. I made the windows with Windscreen Inside Shader and "Windscreen Outside Shader, but no rain on windows. So i need the 3D Studio Max for it?

Any solutions, without 3D Studio Max?

I think the, the 'heart' of rFactor 2 is the modding, but this rain edit is extreme complicated... :(

Not sure if it can be done with 3dsimed(but could be wrong)
You are required to map a second UV channel as per the dev guide so it will work with the RainFX template.

You can. So setup the window correctly, as you say. But you may not see it because channel 3 hasn't been mapped. In 3dSimed, make sure channel 3 is scaled up. So 1 and 1 for channel 0 is the window size. It may need adjusting, but a small value for rain normally works well. Can see the C6R is these values for that size window.

To get wiper effects on the window takes a lot more work, and a pain in the ass, but is possible in 3dsimed.

Should be the same process. Make sure it's the right inside shader
