    Searching the forum and can not find an answer. I wonder how many "samples" the sound of the engine can be written to .SFX. Viewing the ISI mods and so far I have not found more than seventh..

    for example

    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_1=1.20,DFV\dfv_in_onidle.wav
    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_2=1.30,DFV\dfv_in_onverylow_1.wav
    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_3=1.30,DFV\dfv_in_onverylow_2.wav
    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_4=1.30,DFV\dfv_in_onlow.wav
    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_5=1.30,DFV\dfv_in_onmid.wav
    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_6=1.40,DFV\dfv_in_onhigh.wav
    VS_INSIDE_POWER_ENGINE_7=1.40,DFV\dfv_in_onlimiter.wav

    rf1 know only the fifth

    So I'm glad that RF2 can do more and we can create more detailed sounds. But just do not know if it is the final (7) or can do even more. Alternatively, I have a question for someone from ISI that will allow up to 10 samples. Just do not understand these limits .. I think it could be any number of audio you want to have. It is possible sometime in the future have every 1000rpm one? For example have a motor that has 7000rpm. So 7x sound every 1000rpm + 1 for idle, 1 + limiter and turbo etc. ..

    Can someone from ISI say?

    For what can help me understand thank you.

    Regards,

    I can confirm that 7 is the current upper limit, although I don't know all the details you're asking for, but I suspect the reason is something to do with conserving system resources when using more samples.
