I have not raced in a long time but am now back getting reacquainted with Rf2 and the new GUI. One thing that I have had a problem with is understanding all of the finish criteria for a race like laps, laps and time, %track laps etc. What I like to do is simply race for a designated number of laps and whoever finishes first wins. I ran a race using laps but I had trouble interpreting the results that were posted after the race was complete. I did not see (or missed) the total time for each racer. I saw best lap times, best sector times etc. but for the life of me I could not figure how long it took me or others to finish the whole race. I know who finished in what place but that is about it. I probably missed something obvious. I am not really all that familiar with racing terminology. Could someone shed some light on this for me or direct me to a site that would clear some things up.
